I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experiences at Teeth R US . Unfortunately, the level of customer service and patient care I have received has been unacceptable. and the Manager is the common denominator is all of these negative reviews. First ..... The wait times have been consistently unreasonable, even when arriving on time for scheduled appointments. Patients should not have to wait well beyond their appointment time without communication or consideration for their schedules. It gives the impression that the office is overbooking patients without regard for the quality of care or the patient's time. Secondly..... I found the overall atmosphere to be more focused on collecting payments and generating revenue than on providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Healthcare should prioritize the well-being and comfort of patients, not make them feel like they are simply another source of income. I was also very disappointed by my interaction with the office manager. Rather than addressing concerns professionally, the manager displayed a dismissive. I’ve been coming to this dental office for over four years with my three daughters, and I also receive my own dental care here. The staff is very kind, professional, and welcoming. In today’s world, it’s important to find a place where our children are cared for by people with strong values and professionalism, and this office truly provides that. I also completed my Invisalign treatment here with excellent results. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had a very pleasant experience at this dental office. The staff is accommodating, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visits. Everyone has been professional and welcoming, and they’ve been helpful with scheduling and answering any questions I had. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a caring dental office.

I had an excellent experience at Teeth R Us. The receptionist and dentists are incredibly caring, professional, and knowledgeable, especially Dr. Alla Kholdarova. They take the time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable from start to finish. The staff is always welcoming and attentive, which really makes a difference. I wouldn’t recommend them enough!

It’s Truly Either You Love it or Hate it… The location & space is decent - nothing new or modern. Very kid friendly. Dentist Dr. Alla Kholdarova is Great, the receptionist do their best… However after reading the other reviews- I know it the Male Manager that is common denominator of Rudeness & lack of respect for Your Time. They want you to Respect their time and show up on time for a scheduled appointment but the wait always is over 30mins to a hour. I called at 11:15AM to say I would be there at 12:15 -12:30PM for a 12PM appointment. They replied if you get her at 12:30PM we won’t be able to see you. So I rush to get here at 12:08PM and at 1:04PM I’m still waiting. If you value your time & prompt service- THIS IS NOT THE OFFICE!!
